The Infusion Pharmacist III is responsible for the oversight of the preparation and compounding, order verification, and dispensing of pharmaceuticals according to the laws and regulations governing pharmacists and the practice of pharmacy within oncology or sterile compounding.  The Infusion Pharmacist III is responsible for the optimization of drug therapy by identifying, resolving, and preventing drug-related problems and adverse drug events.  The Infusion Pharmacist III practices in advanced areas working directly with providers or in specialty areas such as pediatrics or the New Drug Discovery Center.The pharmacist in this position will work full time on site and provide operational and clinical support at our Pediatric Clinic. Loc
