Audience Specialist
The Connecticut Mirror (CT Mirror) is a local journalism success story with huge momentum and ambitious growth goals. We have an immediate opening for an Audience Specialist who will use a variety of strategies to understand, grow, and engage our audience.  The role is part analyst, part strategist, part doer, and part coach.  There are five key areas of responsibility: Analytics (25%) Planning Working with the executive leadership and business and membership teams, the audience strategist assists with overall goal-setting for the organization, including the internal and external KPIs for traffic, loyalty, and membership. Assists the managing editor in creating an editorial plan to achieve internal and external KPIs. On
