Under the direct supervision of the Dean of Students (LA) and Campus Dean (NY), the Director of Student Conduct & Deputy Title IX Coordinator is responsible for the conduct management of areas within the office of the Dean of Students that reinforce community values and center learning within the student experience.  The Director of Student Conduct & Deputy Title IX Coordinator will be responsible for oversight and execution of NYFA’s Student Conduct Code and NYFA’s Title IX and Sexual Misconduct policies, will track and trend disciplinary issues, identify gaps, and improve policies and procedures related to student conduct, and Title IX and related issues.
