Job Description: The Program Partnership Coordinator for InclusiveU at Syracuse University is responsible for providing strategic oversight and comprehensive support to community partner agencies and school districts delivering programs and services within the InclusiveU framework.
This role focuses on fostering an inclusive educational environment by developing and implementing systems and processes to enhance collaboration between all stakeholders and to ensure all students and partnership staff have access to university resources. The Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison to ensure communication, transition, and support between campus stakeholders, and external partners.
The day-to-day management of this role involves, partnership with internal and external resources to track student and system progress, evaluate the current systems and processes and recommend changes to align with existing university models, identify and initiate opportunities to expand or improve partnerships, and work with leadership to develop strategies and implement strategic plans to enhance and grow partnerships. The Coordinator will be an integral part of the InclusiveU team and be responsible for the direct supervision of a Student Support Assistant. This role requires strong organizational skills, creative, independent, and collaborative problem solving with external partners, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who has experience working with educational organizations and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and provide comprehensive support to community partner agencies and school districts delivering programs under the InclusiveU framework. Design and implement systems that foster collaboration between stakeholders and ensure access to university resources for all students and partnership staff. Provide direct supervision of a Student Support Assistant.
Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between stakeholders, communicating regularly to help facilitate and implement next steps for students as they transition from program to program. Additionally, provide problem solving supporting, training, and guidance to program partnership staff to integrate appropriate systems and processes into the program in order to provide quality support to students.
Manage an academic advising caseload to provide individualized guidance to students. Assist students in selecting and registering for courses that align with their academic goals, interests and certificate requirements.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partnerships and/or improve existing ones by collaborating on strategies to enhance relationships. Evaluate systems and collect data to monitor the progress of students and structures.
