About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 About the Role: The Team: SRE team members work together with the Business, RSO, Developers and Product team members to enhance the stability of our Pega based workflow applications. Although we do not develop code, we have the ability to look at the existing code, replicate issues in lower environment and provide workarounds to users and reproducible steps to scrum teams in order to provide production solutions for permanent fixes.
