Part-Time Lecturer, History of United States Environmental Policy
NYU's Washington, DC Academic Center is seeking a local, part-time lecturer to teach an undergraduate politics course for upper-level undergraduate students. The course will be under the sponsorship of NYU's College of Arts and Science.The course is expected for Summer 2025 (May 19 to July 1). The class meets 2-3 times per week for 3.5 hours, for six weeks. In addition to the time required for syllabus and course preparation, classroom instruction, and assessment, the instructor is required to hold a minimum of one set 60-minute office hour per instruction day, during which the instructor will be available to meet with students.The course focuses on the development of American governance over public lands and resources, including the idea of a public interest in air, water
