With the population shifting in recent years to represent more multiple generations, the Council is seeking a leader who can guide priority setting and the shaping of a renewed vision for Woodside’s future.
The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking and responsive local government professional with experience leading initiatives that have community-wide impact. They will be a strategic and results-oriented leader who understands what it takes to be successful in a small, close-knit community. Impressive experience with community engagement and process and system improvements is desirable. Current or previous experience as a City/Town Manager, Assistant or Deputy, Department Director or equivalent is preferred. Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree is desirable.
