Job Description: The D'Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families is seeking a driven, energetic, and experienced individual to serve as a Program Manager for the Entrepreneurship & Small Business team to manage the Center of Excellence for Veteran Entrepreneurship and the Coalition for Veteran Owned Business. This position is anticipated to be filled on a fully remote basis. Not all geographical areas within the United States are eligible.

Manage the work and influence of the Coalition for Veteran Owned Business (CVOB).
Lead development and execution of CVOB strategy.
Manage the CVOB database, which includes corporate partners and veteran owned businesses (VOB) and provide monthly reports to funder(s) as well as regular briefings to corporate partners.
Oversee the marketing and promotion of the CVOB to elevate its brand, value, and overall participation from both corporate partners and VOBs.
Support the evaluation, update, and re-design of the CVOB website, to include corporate partner profiles, supplier diversity initiatives, blog posts, upcoming events, and more.
Monitor and assess market conditions to develop new tracks or initiatives to serve the needs of corporate partners and VOBs.
Organize and host events, webinars, and training sessions to strengthen the CVOB network and provide an opportunity for sharing of best practices.
Develop resources and tools for to address the unique needs of veterans to include under-represented minorities in the veteran and military spouse entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Manage the Buy Military-Owned Shopping Guide by improving overall awareness, reviewing potential additions, and increasing number of military affiliated businesses associated with the guide.
Strengthen the reach and impact of the Center of Excellence (COE) for Veteran Entrepreneurship.
Work collaboratively with the portfolio of IVMF programs and initiatives to advance needed resources for military connected business owners.
Meet with key thought leaders in veteran and military spouse entrepreneurship ecosystem to address top barriers and challenges and develop strategies to address those issues.
Launch informational series for private sector companies, nonprofits and resource providers supporting military affiliated entrepreneurs.
Deliver a train-the-trainer program for private and public partners to provide key training and resources to military affiliated entrepreneurs.
Collaborate with the IVMF's research team to develop an annual co-branded white paper focusing on the veteran and military spouse entrepreneurship ecosystem, as well as additional briefs, blogs, and social media content to drive thought leadership and impactful conversations with changemakers.
Support the evaluation, update, and design of the COE website, to include current and relevant research and policy, publications, resource documents, upcoming events, and more. Support maintenance plan on annual basis.
Oversee the Public-Private Partnership (P3) Strategy.
Oversee and manage Public-Private Partnership (P3) initiative within the Entrepreneurship portfolio to include convenings, lessons learned and publications. This strategy should be focused on bringing together private and public sector support, best practices, business opportunities for veterans, training, and networking.
Research and propose appropriate topics for P3 convenings, based on barriers and evolving challenges impacting the veteran entrepreneurship space.
Build network of private and public partners to support and enhance P3 strategy and network.
Assist with developing and cultivating partnerships with key stakeholders to help identify, develop, and disseminate opportunities for veterans and military affiliated businesses.
Collaborate with the IVMF staff to support and disseminate information to corporate partners, stakeholders and VOBs on leading practices and resources within veteran entrepreneurship space.
