Job Description: The Office of financial Literacy is integrated into the campus academic and co-curricular experience and is under the supervision of the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarship Programs. The Financial Literacy Campus Program Specialist will have direct responsibility over an institutional funding program and will be involved in comprehensive program assessment. The Campus Program Specialist will collaborate on the creation and curation of resources for student financial literacy and create program offerings that will align with the University's status as a premier experimental lab. This includes conducting a meta-analysis of best practices, staying current on the research in psychology of spending, and assisting in the development of positive money management behaviors. The Financial Literacy Campus Program Specialist will also assist with scheduling and presenting workshops covering student financial literacy subject areas as well as meeting with students one-on-one.

Serve as a resource for students, peer counselors, faculty, staff, and campus community members in supporting the work of the Office of Financial Literacy.
Oversight of campus communications and partnerships that expand the reach and services of the Smart Money Program, Money Awareness Program, and Office of Financial Literacy as a whole.
Continuously support Assistant and Associate Director in developing programming that is inclusive and meets the needs and questions of the student body.
Design, distribute, and provide analysis of digital financial literacy content to various campus audiences with guidance of supervisor.
Use analytical skills and tools to evaluate data to inform business decisions.
Coordinate and communicate a digital learning curriculum for students based on strategic goals and implement the most applicable trends to our campus audiences for maximum behavioral impact.
Design, implement, and facilitate evaluation of successfully completed programs by the Office of Financial Literacy, that highlight the Office of Financial Literacy's vision, mission, and goals.
Utilize internal resources, partnerships, and reporting tools to present to division leadership and retention leaders on the impact of the financial literacy program.
Conduct one-on-one financial counseling sessions that integrate trauma-informed and intersectional approaches to student services.
Complete trainings and professional development that keep up to date on industry information and DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) practices within the profession.
