The Associate Director, Strategy and Improvement, develops and leads strategic initiatives and improvement projects that shape and execute the strategic direction of the Division of Philanthropy. This role will identify, plan, and oversee key initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and long-term success. This role will collaborate across Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Division of Philanthropy, using data and analytics, to inform future state planning and opportunities for improvement while ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals. This role reports to Deputy Chief Philanthropy Officer.The onboarding of this role will include a comprehensive training process which includes completion
