Job Description: The Digital Platforms Coordinator will maintain and align current web design with a JMA Wireless Dome mobile applications. This position maintains current web design with Sidearm Sports and Syracuse Athletics, designs and maintains JMA Dome mobile app, design mobile app with JMA Dome entry process and guest solutions as well as design surveys, analyze results and present findings. The Coordinator will also work with various Dome departments to ensure proper web design and daily maintenance, assist in the preparation and facilitation of game day technical operations (Cellular, Wi-Fi, TV's etc.). The Digital Platforms Coordinator works with the Associate Director Operations and Facilities for Football game management, as well as theDirector of Event Presentation for Basketball game management.

Responsibilities: Dome web and app design
Maintain current web design with Sidearm Sports and Syracuse Athletics
Design and maintain JMA Dome mobile app

Online traffic application (ie. Waze), traffic and parking
Communicate with the Dome management and Parking Transit Services to determine proper levels to optimize gameday parking
Communicate with the city (ie. Waze) regarding traffic levels for current events
Ensure proper traffic and parking is on the web and apps
Communicate with Box office on necessary traffic and parking directions for events
Game day events
Assist in the preparation and facilitation of game day technical operations (Cellular, Wifi, TV's etc.).
Work with Associate Director Operations and Facilities for Football game management
Work with the Director of Event Presentation for Basketball game management
