Associated Faculty in Art - New Media RoboticsDepartment of ArtArts & SciencesPosition OverviewNew Media Robotics InstructorAssociated Faculty in Art will teach Art 4201, New Media Robotics, which is a studio-based art course. Must be able to teach component level electronics and programming languages for microcontrollers. Must be well-versed in the field of kinetic and interactive art and be able to to lead critiques and discussions as well as assist students in a process of project design, creation, and exhibition. Projects vary from interactive objects, projections, responsive audio/visual environments, wearables, and multimedia experiences. The course is a semester long, and meets in person in Hopkins Hall, Tuesday and Thursday
