The Team: The Digital Marketing team is responsible for maintaining the Market Intelligence (MI) public-facing website, supporting digital advertising strategies, and ensuring optimum SEO. You will be part of the larger Marketing organization within Market Intelligence and part of the team that facilitates close collaboration among CX, Commercial, Product, and Content partners toward the common goal of driving awareness about MI through digital channels and earning marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) via the website.
Responsibilities and Impact: With a focus on managing projects to integrate new technologies and features into the digital marketing stack, you will help deliver new enhancements to the digital marketing channels to ensure the user experience remains fresh, relevant, and efficient to make the customer journey from awareness to conversion more effective. As the Digital Technology Project Manager, you will oversee projects that are critical to integrating new technologies into our marketing stack. As such, you will:
Oversee project management from initiation to closure, manage project planning, and deliver projects on time and on budget
Execute on projects including documenting process flows and requirements, running project sprints, conducting user acceptance testing and coordinating production release
Determine resources needed to reach objectives and assign resources in an effective and efficient manner
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects
Build and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Assess opportunities to improve delivery, schedule and quality in a highly dynamic environment while proactively managing risks and issues.
Provide regular project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Coordinate stakeholder meetings and deliver detailed notes
Ensure technologies/services provided by vendors conform to contracts
Perform risk assessment to minimize project risks
Resolve issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle
Manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved
Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved
Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution
Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion
Support the implementation of applications/assets integrated with the website
Collaborate with the enablement team to maximize the effectiveness of digital campaigns
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $61.8k to $118.9k. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We're Looking For:
Basic Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have experience with planning, directing, and coordinating technology projects and teams. This position reports to the associate director of digital strategy.
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, digital, project management, or related field
Track record of managing complex projects, like systems integrations, with superb organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills of listening, empathy, leadership, and teamwork
Demonstrated talent of uniting people with varying perspectives towards a common objective
Technical knowledge of business intelligence tools, marketing automation, and digital marketing channels
Acute attention to detail and quality assurance
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to glean meaningful insights from a wide variety of data sources, and articulate the story and main takeaways with impact
Proficient presentation skills and ability to display and communicate results in an engaging and meaningful way
Desire to continuously learn and upskill to keep up with the evolving customer experience ecosystem and new technology
Customer-first mindset
Keen awareness of the business goals and ability to prioritize projects and resources accordingly
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with multimedia and marketing technologies such as Crownpeak, Adobe Experience Cloud, Drift, video tools (i.e. Vidyard)
Expertise in marketing automation systems such as Marketo, including systems integration experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with data visualization
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Experience with Agile methodologies
