Behavioral Health Specialist (Sandsprings AFRC) Position Objective: The Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) significantly increased the operations and deployments within the Oklahoma National Guard (OKNG) and placed additional strain and requirements on our Service Members (SMs) and their families. Increased deployments and missions locally and around the globe have required SMs to be deployed more frequently, for longer periods, and in high physical and mental stress operations.
