Position OverviewFilm/Video I InstructorAssociated Faculty in Art will teach Art 3009, Film/Video I, which is a studio-based art course. Must be able to teach students to engage fundamental concepts and techniques in video including duration, framing, exposure, and sequence with an introduction to filming and editing. Must be able to apply written, oral, and visual communication skills and interpret and grade student work. The course takes place summer 2024 from June 3 through July 26, 2024, and meets in-person in Hopkins Hall, Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 3:15 6:15pm.Performance ObjectivesHelp students achieve the following goalsDevelop videos through explorations of contemporary moving-image artwork.
