Position Overview Film Studies instructor will lead one section of Film Studies 4650 Regional Film Studies. FILMSTD 4650 Regional Studies is an upper-level, variable topic course, with studies of (sub-)national, geographic, or cultural region's cinema. The Course is conducted in English and geared toward film studies majors. This course fulfills the upper-level multicultural program requirement and elective option in the Film Studies major. The instructor will lead students in exploring various concepts of film theory, history, and analysis, through a variety of films and theoretical texts to deepen an understanding of formal characteristics of the medium.
