The Cloud Processes group is currently seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our dynamic and collaborative team. We specialize in cutting-edge cloud research, employing a range of methodologies including modeling, observations, theoretical development, and analysis. Our focus centers on investigating cloud dynamical, microphysical, and radiative processes that significantly influence cloud lifecycle, with particular emphasis on aerosol-cloud-precipitation interactions.The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in exploring the impact of aerosols on the lifecycle of deep convective clouds, utilizing high-resolution modeling techniques and/or conducting observational data analysis.
