General Summary: The Director of Community Engagement and Inclusive Excellence will oversee the development of the UMass Boston Athletics & Recreation community engagement program. This program will entail initiatives that focus on the planned engagement of UMass Boston athletic teams in the surrounding community and of the intentional engagement of external community partners with UMass Boston athletics and recreation through the use of UMass Boston athletic and recreation facilities to meet partners’ programming needs.
