WHAT YOU'LL DOBusey Bank is a growing financial institution, established over 150 years ago and operating in Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, and Florida. As a Quantitative Risk Analyst, your primary responsibility will be performing stress testing, both at a loan portfolio level as well as contributing to the Bank's capital stress testing. Additionally, you will be expected to provide consultation to various stakeholders across to organization in developing and optimizing quantitative methods to drive profitability, improve efficiencies, and effectively manage risk. You will also be exposed to leaders across the organization requiring you to cultivate positive working relationships to proactively identify, quantify and manage risks.
