Research Assistant - Structured Finance Ratings - ABCP and Muni Structured Group We are presently seeking a candidate for a Research Assistant position in the Asset Backed Commercial Paper/ Muni Structured Group. As an analyst within the highly regarded S&P Structured Finance Team, you will assist in evaluating ratings on short-term securities, including Letter of Credits, Tender Option Bonds, Commercial Paper, and Repacks. Analyst will read transaction documents, including repacks and derivative agreements, and analyze credit, structural, and legal risks on the related assets and participants. Candidate will receive an education in credit and liquidity analysis with a focus on linked ratings while getting exposure to the overall fixed income markets. C
