Job Description: What We Are Looking For
Baylor University is seeking a Judicial Affairs Legal Associate that supports the mission of the university by processing all reports alleging violations of the Student Conduct Code and working with students, parents, government agents, and other guests to the office.
A high school diploma, one year of relevant experience, and an active Christian faith are required. A Bachelor's degree and three years of experience is preferred.

This role will require an individual who has attention to details and is organized.
The ideal candidate will have experience with database management.
Discretion is vital in this role as the person will be handling confidential information.
The individual will also need to have excellent communication skills.
Time management is an important trait for this position; ability to multitask.
What You Will Do
Processes all incoming student conduct code reports and provides assistance to Conduct Officers.
Management of Maxient database system for conduct code violations.
Provides support for phone calls, office guests, correspondence, the processing of submitted sanctions from students, and tasks for other support staff when needed.
Works with campus partners and outside law enforcement agencies.
Maintains and monitors drug testing and related student billing.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission.
Ability to comply with university policies.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
