The Impact: As a member of the Marketing Department, you will provide webinar operational support for S&P Global Market Intelligences' live webinars to a global audience of customers and prospects. You will highlight the breadth of our brand, executing webinar that feature our essential intelligence, while providing the best-in-class attendee experience.
The Team: The Digital & Events /Webinar team supports the Marketing Team as they strive to positively influence pipeline, drive client engagement and build brand through creative marketing programs, differentiated channel management and operational excellence on achieving their sales, renewal and retention goals. We are a highly-collaborative, creative, dynamic, ground-breaking global team, who work together on key initiatives to drive program content.
What's in for you: We are seeking a Senior Specialist Webinar Operations to support a portfolio of global webinars, primary focus covering the Global time zone. The role will see you assist marketers in coordinating scheduling and logistics webinars. You will support The Webinar global events team with updating our internal webinar management system and keeping event report system updated.
The ideal candidate will have experience with webinar, or virtual event platforms. The role requires strong skills in communication, project and time management, and cross collaboration in an organization.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with marketing managers to coordinate assets and deliverables in a timely manner
- Webinar management within the On24 webinar platform, including event setup, platform support, stakeholder reporting for key time zones in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions
- Coordinating with stakeholders from inside marketing and with the sales and product teams to schedule events, dry runs, and promotional cycles
- Train and provide support and instructions to the presenters.
- Act as the liaison between marketing managers and the Marketing Operations team to ensure the successful creation of all webinars
- Set clear expectations for marketing managers when coordinating webinar assets and offer guidance/feedback to marketers when needed
- Assist marketers in coordinating scheduling and logistics with stakeholders/speakers
- Execute live webinars and dry runs according to webinar guidelines and protocols and develop best practices (as needed)
- Manage webinar metrics in events database, post webinar reports, and quarterly reporting to measure webinar effectiveness
- Collaborate with webinar team on overall strategy development and timeline planning.
What We're Looking For: Preferred Qualifications: - Webinar support experience required - On24 technology exposure would be preferable
- Experience of executing and managing the logistics of multiple webinars is essential (training will be provided)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple webinars in a fast-paced environment
- Proven administrative, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- E xperience with webinar platforms
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft PPT
- Experience with CRM systems-Salesforce a plus
- English speaking/writing
- Experience with On24 webinar Platform (not required)
Basic Qualifications: - Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Has relevant support experience in webinar operations.
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $58k - $ to $87k. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
