The Role: Treasury Senior Analyst

The Team: The S&P Global Corporate Treasury team operates within the global finance function to support the company's cash management and liquidity objectives, manage financial risk, and optimize capital structure.
The Impact: The Treasury Senior Analyst is responsible for leading daily Treasury activities including system administration and governance with key focus on execution of compliance activities required for successful treasury operations. The role will provide the critical support necessary to ensure continued access to liquidity and banking services within the segregation of duties framework required for best practice controls environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage daily processes surrounding Treasury operations including bank account administration, global signatories, and overall governance for the Treasury function
- Coordinate bank portal administration and proactively communicate updates to end users
- Assist with documentation requests including signer updates, KYC requests, and collecting signatures
- Ensure compliance with and help provide reporting for SOX related activities and other internal controls around cash transfers, bank documentation, and bank online access
- Manage arrangement of trade finance services - bid bonds, guarantees, letters of credit
- Assist with other treasury related projects as needed (e.g. merger integration or ERP projects
What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related experience equivalent
- 3+ years of treasury / finance / accounting experience
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Experience in cash management operations including bank account onboarding, administration, and payments
- Self-starter who possesses ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $67,600 to $154,400. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
