This position will focus on handling government contracts, complex customer contracts including software licensing, hardware agreement, services, SaaS, and much more.
7-10 years of legal experience with a minimum of 3 years in a corporate legal department preferred. Experience in an established software company in the technology sector would be particularly valuable.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience contracting with state and federal governments (experience with OTAs, FARs, DFARS, and other government regulations)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, impeccable integrity, good judgment, flexible, and pragmatic.
Creative problem solver who is collaborative, possesses sound business judgment, is detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
Ability to work with the sales and engineering teams in high growth, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of semiconductor industry is a plus
