Digital Product Management:
Presenting the product vision, highlighting proposed features and relevant milestones
Being responsible for the product roadmap and defining product delivery releases
Serving as the internal voice of the customer for the product, working with customers and Product Owners to constantly understand and communicate their needs
Continuously developing and communicating the vision to development teams and defining and prioritizing features and functionality
Contributing to definition and maintenance of Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) to ensure the solution meets relevant regulations, standards and other quality requirements
Defining KPIs and value proposition, and acting according to impacts (continue, adjust or stop)
Managing a cross-functional team including business and technical experts
Strategy & Partnering:
Setting and refining digital strategy and drive partnering in alignment with that strategy
Scouting, evaluating, structuring, negotiating, and closing of strategic alliances with external companies, involving products, technologies, and other product-related assets to support our digital goals.
Competitive landscaping of digital players across a broad set of topics such as data and analytics leveraging real world evidence for medical and market access, digital therapeutics to treat patient unmet medical needs, or AI for research.
Analyzing deal comps to support structuring of term sheets
Building business cases and supporting valuation modeling of specific business development opportunities
Supporting evaluation, due diligence, and pursuit of live transactions
Supporting the delivery of an agile transformation framework (Culture, Operating Model and People & Skills) that can drive the delivery of the Digital ambition
Running an optimal transformation governance that can empower the teams and facilitate collaboration.
Enabling the use of agile methodology to progress the Transformation Taskforces
Guaranteeing the continuous improvement of the Digital Transformation journey.
Supporting the progress reporting efforts to all important stakeholders, including the Chief Digital Officer

Current enrollment in an accredited MBA program and have completed the first year of study prior to joining our 2022 MBA Summer Associate program
Two years of prior work experience in a relevant industry (e.g., pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, finance, marketing, sales, healthcare consulting, investment banking) OR in a data science, software engineering, architecture, product management, or other relevant technical role.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to be flexible, work successfully and quickly amid changing priorities and ambiguity
Ability to navigate through complex situations to make interpersonal connections with executives and senior leaders and other program participants to investigate potential paths for personal career growth
