Job Description Manages and directs the Workflow, Extemp, Pre-Pack, Picking, Staging, Automated Dispensing, Purchasing, Inventory, Returns/Credits, Delivery and Warehouse departments toward their primary objectives, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate leads or supervisors. Key Responsibilities: / Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time. / Control payroll and courier costs. / Dispense advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies. / Review operating results of the organization, compare them to established objectives, and take steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results. / Establish and maintain an effective system of communications throughout the organization. / Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA. / Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary by location. / Responsible for providing employees with timely, candid and constructive feedback; developing employees to their full potential and providing challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments. / Ensure back end of pharmacy is staffed appropriately. This may include the manger covering shifts.
Required Qualifications Pharmacy technician license based in Missouri * Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel * Previous leadership experience
