The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Chief Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading definition of product roadmap objectives
Implementing initiatives for product success through close involvement with customers, vendors, development and product teams.
Determining the product roadmap priorities to position imaging solutions as a scalable, high-value, revenue-driving product offering.
Supporting sales with imaging subject matter expertise and providing that expertise to other 3M M*Modal HIS groups.
Creating documentation, training materials, processes, systems, and alignment with product and development teams to propel product offering forward.
Working with cross-functional team to drive to resolution customer escalations related to product.
Networking with healthcare associations, i.e. RSNA, ACR, etc.
Participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives
Ensuring professional, quality and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties
Complying with corporate policies and procedures while acting in a manner consistent with 3M's values and ethical standards
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and fourteen (14) years of experience as a Product Owner in lieu of the bachelor's degree education requirement
Five (5) years of experience translating stakeholder needs into requirements related to software development
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Excellent communication, oral presentation and writing skills
Managing multiple priorities and customer demands in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with radiology workflows, specifically RIS/PACS systems
Industry and market knowledge as it relates to reporting solutions in the imaging space
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and continuous integration practices
Ability to work well within a team
Individual initiative and spirit for innovation
Detail oriented and commitment to perfection
Experience collaborating with B2B partners
Travel: May include up to 40% domestic
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
Location: Pittsburgh office or remote
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
