The U.S CMBS team is part of the broader Structured Finance Group at S&P Global Ratings. The team assigns ratings and publishes research commentaries for the use of Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities investors.

What's in it for you?
As a Rating Analyst, you are working as part of the U.S CMBS group at S&P Global Ratings. With the guidance of a senior analyst, an RA typically helps and shadows a portfolio of rated corporate issuers. These responsibilities include ongoing surveillance, participation in meetings with rated entities' senior management, and presentation of analytical findings to internal constituencies.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance or economics.
1+ years of relevant work experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work with financial models and financial data
Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, presentation, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential. Advanced Excel and Access / Oracle database skills are preferred.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize competing tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy of data.

Compensation/Benefits Information : S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $46,200, to $80,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
