CVS Health, a Fortune 4 Company is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Corporate Security and Resiliencyâ™s governance program. The Program Coordinator of Governance and Program Administration will be responsible for facilitating projects of varying complexity for their assigned areas, including planning requirements, identifying risks, and communicating clearly with stakeholders, while prioritizing resources and time. They will be responsible for collaborating across multiple functional areas to ensure projects meet operational objectives and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Additional responsibilities will include identifying process improvements, tracking and reporting on progress metrics, developing policies, procedures, and leadership presentations, and supporting other security and resiliency initiatives as required.
The Program Coordinator, Governance and Program Administration, will support the Manager of Governance and Program Administration and Director of Governance, Program Administration, and Vendor Management in Corporate Security and Resiliencyâ™s mission of maintaining the overall safety and security of CVS Healthâ™s people, facilities, and assets. In this role, the ideal candidate will work collaboratively with, and support, stakeholders to identify and achieve operational goals in a manner consistent with CVS Healthâ™s purpose and values.
Job Responsibilities: - Proactively facilitate security and resiliency projects for assigned functional areas by creating project timelines, defining key milestones and success criteria, and determining resources needed to successfully complete the work - Identify risks and issues that may prevent project completion and work with managers to mitigate them - Foster and maintain internal and external relationships to support operational objectives, and partner with cross-functional teams to manage projects - Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned areas of support, and maintain competencies to support additional team members as necessary - Track progress, develop metrics and key performance indicators, and communicate status updates on a periodic basis to stakeholders and managers - Develop and maintain program-related policies, procedures, and training materials in support of operational goals, regulatory requirements, and other internal controls - Prepare leadership presentations and dashboards to present on business unit initiatives and accomplishments - Identify process improvements and make recommendations that support security and resiliency governance strategies, increase operational efficiency, and align with CVS Health business objectives - Conduct research and benchmarking to identify security best practices in support of security and resiliency initiatives, and provide findings via written reports and/or presentations - Perform other duties and otherwise support the security and resiliency governance team as assigned - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication (both verbal and written) skills, as well as keen attention to detail - Ability to effectively work in a team-oriented environment composed of both technical and non-technical members, as well as independently, as required
Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of practical experience in physical security or business resiliency/crisis management - Project Management experience - Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and customer service skills, with the flexibility to successfully manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities - Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, Teams) and communication tools (WebEx, SharePoint, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications - Working knowledge of the core concepts of corporate security, resiliency, business continuity, crisis management, and/or disaster recovery - Experience with Security tools and systems (e.g., collaboration/work management, incident reporting, CCTV, and access control platforms) - Masterâ™s or advanced degree/certification in a related field, or professional certification recognized within the security, business resiliency/crisis management, or project management industry (i.e., PSP, CBCP, PMP)
Education BA or BS degree in a related field
