The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Medical Education Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Designing and executing "best-in-class" regional and national peer-to-peer medical education programs with the goal of educating HCPs on the safe and effective use of 3M Healthcare Solutions.
Utilizing advanced project management skills to develop program project plans inclusive of timelines, budget, scope and resources as well as ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Developing and owning relationships with key opinion leaders and key decision makers and strategically leverage these relationships to advance messaging, impact, and influence.
Driving continuous process improvement and ongoing enhancement of program formats, agendas, logistics, using meaningful measures of success to drive decisions.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Three (3) years of peer-to-peer Medical Education (with significant in house (non-agency) experience, and/or in a MedComm agency environment in a private, public, government or military environment
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, effectively prioritize and remain detail oriented.
Strong understanding of HCC and regulatory guidelines related to medical education (with a strong knowledge of guidelines around HCP interactions and navigating any at-risk scenarios to minimize risk to the company)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Master's degree in business, science, or healthcare field from an accredited institution
Minimum five (5) years of in house peer-to-peer Medical Education experience in a private, public,
government or military environment
Familiarity with wound care space
Project Management Certification
Experience working in a matrix organization
Travel: May include up to 25% domestic
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
