S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,100 to $228,700 plus performance-based incentives. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
Provide high touch client service to communicate S&P's value proposition, leverage communication and negotiation skills to gain user acceptance and optimize revenue
Develop and implement solution sales strategies for complex clients across S&P's product portfolio, and the ability to coach sales teammates to apply these strategies to their accounts
Deliver insights on product functionality and use cases
Monitor product usage to ensure client retention and identify upsell opportunities
Track customer & industry developments and trends and respond accordingly
Understand customer problems and identify ways to help clients address them
Accountable for contributing to the achievement of sales goals for the assigned sales team and retention of revenue
What We're Looking For:
Strong presentation, communication, multitasking and customer service skills
Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well in teams
Proved record of maintaining strong relationships with the C-Suite, addressing their needs, and optimizing the customer experience
Exceptional skills in listening to clients, articulating ideas and complex information in a clear and structured manner
Demonstrate sound ability to analyze client information quickly, respond logically, and use data to influence client purchase decisions
Bachelor's degree (Finance, Economics or related field preferred)
5+ years of sales experience
Proven track record of Sales success with recent President's Club or equivalent achievement
Knowledge of capital markets
Knowledge of Sustainable Finance/Environmental, Social & Governance
