Under the direction of the Vice-Dean of the College, the Director is responsible for providing visionary leadership for the Department of Student Experience and Engagement. The Director is an innovative thought-leader who centers the holistic engagement of students as the core of the mission of the department. The Director manages the conception, implementation, and oversight of student-related events and programs, and serves as a conduit for and facilitator of out-of-the-classroom student engagement at the College. The Director develops mechanisms for successful implementation and evaluation of impact. The Director advises the Student Government Association and facilitates the relationship between SGA and College leadership.

Required Qualification Summary:
Master's degree in student affairs, higher education administration, or relevant field 7 to 10 years' experience in campus activities or relevant co-curricular areas within higher education 3 to 5 years' experience managing and supervising professional staff Ability to work flexible hours; must be willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
