The Team: Market Intelligence's Commercial Platforms team works in close collaboration with nearly all internal departments - Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, and Client Support, Product Management, Content, and Technology. We are responsible for the product management of all commercial technology platforms that support our client facing stakeholders within Market Intelligence (MI). Our delivery of best in class commercial platforms enables our front-line commercial team to successfully partner with our prospects and customers.
The Impact: The role will ensure that our products continue to enable our clients to be successful. Our Product Managers are constantly looking at ways to enhance and improve our products to help our clients get the most out of our business tools.

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $67,600 to $140,400. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
Responsibilities: The Product Management team works in close collaboration with nearly all MI internal departments. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading an Agile team and making prioritization decisions in concert with other CRM Product Owners. Your objective is to address the needs of your stakeholders and create the best possible suite of commercial platforms by:
Serving as product owner on numerous high profile, high impact deliverables for the Sales and Commercial teams within Market Intelligence.
Continually represent the voice of the product's customer while partnering with Agile Scrum development teams
Act as the translator of technical solutions to customer-impacting value to business stakeholders
Complete planned projects that demonstrate value of the product per the roadmap. Keep the customer value focus within each development period:
Prioritize work items and success criteria
Manage work item backlog across multiple development periods to ensure continuous delivery aligned to the roadmap
Complete high impact, value-add, customer-requested enhancements that continually improve the use of the product
Resolve critical prod support issues that build trust in the product stability
What We're Looking For:
Our ideal candidate will:
Have an understanding of customer relationship management (CRM), specifically Salesforce.
Have an understanding of Agile Scrum development methodologies and LEAN process management.
Have an understanding of the way CRM and related technologies can empower the workflow of Commercial personas including Sales/Marketing, Relationship Management and Client Support.
Want to impact thousands of people by designing and building quality products used both internally by our employees as well as externally by our customers.
While the role can be performed remotely, the expected working hours are to support Eastern time zone operating hours.
3+ years product management experience within Agile development processes, 1+ years preferred in Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Knowledge of Scrum and LEAN Agile methodologies preferred
Knowledge of SAFe Scaled Agile Framework a plus
Experience working with distributed teams a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
History of teamwork and proven ability to deliver results
