What you’ll be doing...
This opportunity is for Military personnel who are current participants of Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program Cohort 2-2021
As the Supervisor of Real Estate Operations, you will be the front line first responder who is customer facing and responsible for managing daily real estate operation. You will provide direct supervision of watch engineers and select strategic partners. You will work with Network reliability local managers, design and construction, and strategic partners to define scope of work for contractors. You will work with city officials and internal departments to ensure both repairs and projects are clearly defined and properly completed on time and within budget.
Provide direct supervision of building service technicians to include coaching and development of team members in a union environment.
Manage multiple properties, including central office, administrative facilities, and garage work centers.
Enforce accountability from direct reports as well as strategic partners and vendors.
Develop internal and external customer relationships.
Manage preventive maintenance programs to avoid equipment failures and reduce costs.
Track and manage all capital and expense projects to ensure quality.
Manage budgets, define scope of work, and oversee all capital and expense projects.
Meet or exceed all company, goals, objectives, and metrics.
Interface with all contractors, government officials, and external customers to ensure timely responses and productive relationships are maintained.
Ensure standards for the Code of Conduct, ethics, training, and safety are met.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Must be a current participant of Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program Cohort 2-2021.
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience managing teams of 10 plus.
Experience in operations, budget planning, or managing people.
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have:
Experience with strategic partner relationships as well as vendor management.
Project management experience.
Experience in property management.
Supervisory experience in business continuity and disaster recovery.
