The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a(n) Business Transformation Production Execution Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Leader of site's production execution project objectives (scope, schedule, quality of work). Understanding future state impacts and leading cross-functionally, with local site resource * SMEs as needed to meet project deliverables. Coordinating and communication of Site Level Production Execution project activity. * Identifies & resolves issues through active engagement and proper communication. As needed, escalating issues via the Tier Process. Facilitate Tier 2 (or appropriate Tier level) with plant Production * Execution project team (as noted above) to track progress, identify and address impediments and escalate as needed. * Take part in the solution definition, as well as definition of future processes and Standard Work. Learn the solution, the new processes; becoming a trainer to Super Users. Testing the solution, confirming the designed processes and future standard work
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Five (5) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
In depth working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Past experience with project execution and leadership skills
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Minimum ten (10) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Five years of direct manufacturing experience preferably in a supervisory role in a private, public, government or military environment.
Detail oriented with very strong communication, collaboration, teamwork and follow-through skills.
Additional skills and familiarity with SAP and Visio are a plus
Travel: May include up to[5% domestic]
