The team is responsible for designing the future data environment, defining data governance and oversight, and partnering with technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company. This team also provides next generation analytic insights to drive business strategies and help meet our commitment to satisfy our customers' financial needs. The team is responsible for data integration requirements for data movement within the Privacy Center suite as well as sourcing data from multiple systems across the enterprise. The Data Management Consultant 2 / Privacy Data Services Team Lead will report directly to the Privacy Center Delivery & Management Manager. Key Responsibilities include: - Leading the team through complex integration activities for the Privacy Center suite of applications.
- Define strategic requirements, roadmap, or direction for data integration capabilities.
- Drive analysis and assessment approach during issue remediation life cycle.
- Supports and interacts with various functions and LOBs on multi-domain integration efforts.
- Leverages domain expertise and data / business / process analysis to inform and support solution design.
- Drive planning and coordination on low to medium sized remediation efforts, acting as central point of contact.
- Provide inputs into communication routines with stakeholders, business partners, and senior leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis demonstrated through work or military experience
- 1+ year of MongoDB experience
- 4 + years of experience with application integration
- 4+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
- 3+ years of banking industry experience
- 3+ years of experience working with at least one Relationship Database Management System (RDBMS) such as Oracle, MS SQL, Teradata or DB2 LUW
- 3+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners
- 5+ years of experience performing data profiling
- 3+ years of SQL experience
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- A Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
- 4+ years of business systems analysis or design experience
- 4+ years of experience drafting use cases and test scripts
- 3+ years of Web Services experience
- 4+ years of Agile experience
- A BS/BA degree or higher
Other Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of Test Planning, Test Status Reporting and Test Preparation
- 4+ years of experience analyzing requirements and designing new solutions for application and database components
- Data Privacy Domain experience
- Kafka
- Led Data Integration teams of 5 team members or more
