The Business Support Consultant 3 (BSC3) will be responsible for business support activities for the Strategic Quality Management team within Capital Markets including; leading the implementation of SQM initiatives, creating and maintaining procedure documentation, change management, training, the coordination and implementation of system enhancements, facilitating reporting and data requests, data governance, access management, certification activity, user-acceptance testing, identifying operational risk and the implementation of Operational Risk activities and initiatives within the supported business lines.
This position will report to the leader of the Initiatives, Shared Services and Reserve team within Capital Markets Strategic Quality Management (SQM). Key Responsibilities include:
Lead SQM initiatives focused on data and reporting including implementing improvements to the SQM data and reporting governance program, self- serve reporting options and the creation of new reporting.
Participate in the creation of executive management reporting and provide recommendations for enhancement based on data knowledge.
Provide recommendations and lead the implementation of analytical or automated solutions to gain operational efficiencies and mitigate risk.
Partner with the Business Excellence Team to support SQM business lines in the compliance with EUCT/Models policy adherence, SHRP management, database management etc.
Meet regularly with stakeholders and SQM leaders to set priorities, provide initiatives updates, socialize ideas, understand business needs and identify areas of risk or opportunity.

6+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience

Experience with SAS or other programming/data environment
Experience implementing creative technical solutions to improve business processes and or quality
Knowledge and understanding of project management and implementation in a financial services environment
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
