Market Job Description
Promote a safe, secure and ethical business environment for all team members and customers.
Implement the Wells Fargo Corporate Security Programme, its policies and procedures, technology and training requirements.
Ensure appropriate enterprise level physical security risk management and compliance across all Lines of Business and Support Functions, which includes risk mitigation strategies, incident response and investigations.
Provide security consulting, investigative and risk based security services to all Lines of Business and Support Functions.
Align with the APAC Regional COO Office's effort and collaborate on such matters as incident assessment, management and response, business continuity, project planning and implementation.
Develop productive working relationships with internal stakeholder groups such as Corporate Properties Group (CPG), Enterprise Incident Management (EIM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), HR, Technology, Risk, Audit and other Support Functions to support business activities.
Develop productive working relationships with external stakeholder groups such as Police, security services and security industry bodies.
Support the regional front line risk management effort by working closely with the
Business Control
s Executive.
Support the 2nd line risk management effort by working closely with teams from within the 2nd line of defence when required.
Provide physical security subject matter expertise.
Market Skills and Certifications
Experience in corporate security, and with previous military or law enforcement experience.
Experience in a highly matrixed corporate environment, preferable banking or finance
Extensive knowledge of physical security and security risk management requirements.
Good understanding of physical security programmes and security technology requirements (access control and CCTV) gained in a large international organisation (ideally financial services).
Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Confident on paper and verbally.
Strong team player with a collaborative approach and ability to work with diverse teams to achieve a common purpose.
Possesses a can do attitude with a strong customer focus and common sense approach.
Results focussed closer/finisher.
Ability to travel on business when required.
ASIS Certification: CPP or PSP (or equivalent would be beneficial).
