The Position Head of Data and Analytics Modeling is a new leadership position within the Card Retail and Merchant Services (CRMS) business that will be responsible for establishing an analytics organization whose mission is to deliver advanced modeling solutions for CRMS Business. This leader will be a key part of the CRMS leadership team working closely with marketing, product and decision management teams, to achieve business goals. He/She will take over the responsibility for the existing targeting model infrastructure, assess long term and short term opportunities and develop a roadmap to achieve goals. The role will solve business problems by applying analytical insights and behavioral understanding to critical issues. This candidate must have deep technical subject matter expertise on cutting edge modeling techniques along with practical experience in successfully deploying targeting models in a credit card marketing environment. The candidate should demonstrate superior influencing and partnering skills and organizational savvy to navigate complex corporate processes. Should have proven problem solving skills that show innovation and creativity. Is results oriented with outstanding ability to motivate teams and mobilize resources to accomplish objectives. A true team player and collaborator, translating prior knowledge and experience into strong and productive relationships internally and externally. Additionally, the successful candidate will be a strong and effective manager and leader, capable of attracting, mentoring, retaining and promoting talented and productive staff.
