The Impact You'll Make in this Role
The person hired for the position of Global Biopharma Product Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for solutions within 3M's Biopharma Separations Business with particular focus on classic product marketing and portfolio management. The Biopharma Separations Business is committed to providing customers with Biopharma filtration solutions to meet critical applications in the Upstream and Downstream Biopharma market segments. The position will report directly to the Biopharma Business' Global Portfolio Leader.

As a Global Portfolio Marketing Manager for the Biopharma Separations Business , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Effectively managing a global biopharma separations product portfolio with a growing profitable mix
• Developing and implementing marketing programs to grow the biopharma business
• Conducting market research in key application segments
• Determine key products for the segments, set pricing, drive awareness and growth
• Determine the price value position of 3M and competitive products
• Leading cross functional teams to exceed results

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Experience working within the biotechnology industry

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree of Business Administration (MBA) or higher from an accredited university
• Minimum three (3) combined years of sales and/or customer-facing technical service experience in the biopharma separations space
• Three (3) years experience in biopharma filtration processes or related fields
• Experience developing new products
• Experience managing a product line
• Experience working with and leading global and/or cross functional teams

Travel: May include up to 25% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
