Washington County is seeking to hire a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill our newly created Civil Rights Program Coordinator position in our Office of Equity, Inclusion and Community Engagement. 

The Civil Rights Program Coordinator is committed to ensuring equal opportunity and non-discrimination in all of Washington County's programs, services and employment practices. Through internal and external programs and activities, the Civil Rights Program Coordinator will develop, implement, coordinate, monitor, audit and evaluate agency and state-wide programs and activities which promote, establish, support, and institutionalizes EEO, Civil Rights, accessibility, inclusion, and compliance within Washington County. This position will also engage and encourage community and cultural awareness; promote a diverse workforce; and establish and evaluate fair employment practices.
