Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra
Position Overview The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra is seeking an exceptional individual for the position of Grants & Impact Manager. This position is responsible for writing/managing grants from corporate, foundation, and government funders. The Grants & Impact Manager will be responsible for preparing grant proposals, tracking outcomes/outputs, communicating impact, developing institutional marketing communications, managing/preparing reports, and identifying new sources of revenue to maximize support in alignment with organization priorities. To accomplish this, the selected candidate must have excellent time management skills, high attention to detail, and superior oral and written communication, research, writing, and project management skills.
Essential Responsibilities
Qualifications Education and Experience: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, 2-5 years of grant management experience, and a demonstrated record of success securing grant funding. Experience with Division of Cultural Affairs, Orange County Arts and Cultural Affairs, and United Arts of Central Florida General Operating Support Grants is preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities: This position requires proficiency in the use of computer programs such Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM databases. Experience with Tessitura preferred. An understanding of and belief in the mission of the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, passion for music and the arts, and a deep knowledge of the Central Florida Community is essential.

Salary and Benefits: The Grants & Impact Manager is a full-time, exempt, benefits-eligible position. Annual salary is $40-$48K, commensurate with experience and qualifications. OPO offers medical and vision insurance, paid vacation, personal days, and sick leave.
