Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Global Alliances
In this role, you will work with the Global Alliances leader supporting Genpact's new Partner Program and helping handle its EMEA Deloitte partnership. The role is responsible for developing and growing Genpact's Deloitte efforts in EMEA, crafting focus for joint solutions, and creating a pipeline of new business opportunities by setting the strategy, investments and actions that will drive incremental revenue growth for the two firms.
Responsibilities - Support the management of the entire life cycle of Alliances with Deloitte's UK/Northern European Firm - Strategize, Identify, Engage, Build, GTM, Governance
- Build a clear, concise partner strategy with an established centralized and ongoing partner/alliance management process and governance
- Handle, grow and build an eco-system of account engagements that can be validated to affect a step change in the growth trajectory for Genpact through harmony between different verticals and horizontals within the organization
- Align with alliance peers around a global partner management for Deloitte ensuring reporting, partner based pipeline management and conflict management
- Understand Genpact capabilities/offerings to build a robust culture of effective collaboration with Deloitte through right networking within Genpact
- Work with Genpact sales teams & sales leadership to drive account growth with Deloitte
- Understand the Genpact's strategy for the various Service Lines and overall Genpact and work with leaders to define white spaces and meaningful market opportunity, both in size and value in support of new joint offerings.
- Develop and maintain robust and positive relationship within the organization & Deloitte leadership
- Be a key source of insight into modest and Partner landscape/strategy/news for large System Integrators
- Identify alliances where Genpact and Deloitte can bring beyond additive value to a client and build a new differentiated product or offerings
Skills Sets - Must have shown experience in alliance management.
- Must have worked in and around large global SIs and have contacts/experience with Deloitte
- Be comfortable developing executive-level sponsors within partnerships
- Experience in Consulting & Digital Technologies
- Good Project and Program Management skills including design and execution on global business plans
- Should be a people person with excellent networking skills
- The demeanor of team victory over individual success
- Strategic problem solver and a facilitator of change with an ability to instill trust in teams
- A self-starter needing minimal strategic direction to perform day to day responsibilities
- Outspoken - good negotiation skills to work with Genpact sales, Deloitte UK, and other partners as appropriate
- Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills towards a broad constituency ranging from customers, sales, functional and technical management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence
- Good result/goal orientation
- Open to travel
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications - Experience in alliance management, sales, or business development roles in a Services environment
Preferred qualifications - Educational background: B.A./BSC/MBA/Masters
- A hands-on collaborative style of working and a dedication to being an excellent teammate is a must.
- Outstanding communications skills --- written and verbal
- The ability to influence peers and senior leaders across the business, and to encourage, champion, and lead team members
- Ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into impactful strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Knowledge of Deloitte UK, it's an organization, go-to-market, and technology efforts along with experience in digital and other professional service firms preferred.
- Experience building and handling global and geographically dispersed teams and guiding them to success.
