General Overview The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) is expanding its services and impact to accommodate system-wide demands. Having recently evolved from a corporate function serving 4,700 employees to an enterprise office serving 78,000, aligning efforts to meet the development and growth of DE&I work system-wide from 15 institutions requires deliberate action, strategic thinking and ability to implement change in a large complex organization. We are looking for someone with a passion and skills to transform healthcare using DE&I technology, change management skills and political savvy. You'll be working with a talented team whose strong mission is to drive equitable patient- centered care and workforce change at Mass General Brigham. Job Summary: The Consultant for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will be responsible for consulting, facilitating and integrating diversity, equity and inclusion across Mass General Brigham. The incumbent will share in developing processes and tools to increase diverse representation at all levels of the organization, assist the movement toward a more respectful and inclusive culture where all employees thrive, and will work to understand and meet the needs of our diverse patient populations. The DE&I Consultant will serve as a strategic partner with HR and other organizational departments to increase and leverage diversity, equity and inclusion. Essential Functions:
