General Summary/Overview Statement The Application Analyst II will support adoption of workplace productivity tools that are linked to Partners' mission-critical strategy or that support core business processes across all Partners hospitals. In this position, the Application Analyst II will support the deployment and adoption of workplace productivity tools by providing consultative services that match business needs with system functionality. In this capacity, she/he will act as a subject matter expert to develop and implement enterprise strategies to increase adoption, develop best practices, and support change management to drive long-term utilization of workplace productivity tools. The incumbent has a working knowledge of the tools within the Partners Workplace Productivity solution portfolio and how to apply them to optimize business processes within a healthcare environment (clinical, research, educational, and administrative). Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Support efforts required to drive adoption of workplace productivity tools used to manage content centrally, streamline communication, enhance collaboration and improve overall employee productivity. • Engage with internal customers seeking guidance on workplace productivity tools with a focus on matching Partners' endorsed product/service solutions to business requirements/needs. • Work closely with Workplace Productivity Technical Support Engineers to describe customer needs and validate that proposed solutions align with configuration of enterprise tools. • Collaboratively drive change management by working with key constituents from across the Partners organization to increase usage of workplace productivity tools; including but not limited to the Office 365 suite - Outlook, Office ProPlus, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Flow, Sway, Yammer, PowerApps, Power BI, etc. • Be a champion/evangelist to increase awareness of available tools and benefits of adoption. • Assist in establishing and supporting user communities to understand customer needs and to communicate best practices across teams/departments/entities throughout Partners. • Collect and document best practices through input from user communities, industry findings, and incumbent's own user experience, and incorporate findings into adoption strategies. • Represent the 'voice of the customer' to identify and solve for roadblocks to adoption. • Help expand the Workplace Productivity Resource Center by creating knowledge resources and/or exposing existing resources. • Keep informed of upcoming and newly released features/functionality by ensuring changes are continually incorporated into adoption strategies and user communications and knowledge resources. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree preferred. • 5+ years of related experience. • 2-3 years' experience driving successful adoption of workplace productivity services/solutions, preferably with the Office 365 suite of applications and services. • Healthcare experience preferred, but not required. • Product management/consulting/customer service experience highly valued. • Strong technical understanding and experience with multiple Office 365 services highly desired; including but not limited to Outlook/Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Flow, PowerBI and PowerApps. Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required (MUST be realistic, neither overstated nor understated, and related to the essential function of the job). • Results-oriented • Ability to review/assess/improve processes in a highly complex environment. • Ability to document and communicate the status of progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary. • Strong interpersonal relationship skills to foster communication and collaboration with colleagues within and outside the Workplace Productivity team. • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. • Customer service-oriented with desire to increase productivity through adoption of tools/services. • Able to map customer business needs to product capabilities. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment where technology and customers' requirements change regularly. • Willingness to contribute to and foster a team player culture where all are encouraged and willing to share information in a timely and accurate manner. • Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational and time management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Working Conditions • As projects and priorities dictate, must be available to work non-standard hours such as evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Supervisory Responsibility No administrative responsibility for the work of others. Fiscal Responsibility No specific fiscal responsibilities but must be conscientious about operating and capital budgets.
