As part of the Technology Remediation Program (TRP) Operations team, this position is responsible for working with teams to generate all reporting relating to various technology compliance plans (TCPs). This includes weekly statuses, escalation reports and related communications to the TCP teams. Steering committee reporting and other ad hoc reporting is also included in the reporting responsibility.
This role is key for the change management process and will process change requests to the technology compliance plans and will keep the 'TCP Gold File' current and keep project completion percentages up to date by working with project managers where needed and TCP teams ongoing. This role will work with others to keep milestones, dependencies and control requests organized and up to date. Will work with and support the SWAT and QA teams in processing change requests for TCP Controls as needed.
The individual will provide support to end user tools such as SHRP, SharePoint and other tools utilized by TRP and create or update playbooks & user guides. Assists with generating the Controls Scorecard Data, create the SHRP form for control updates in SHRP and update JIRA ticket entry for SHRP updates per control CRs. Will verify and process SharePoint access requests by determining User's 'Need to Know', request approvals, grant access once approved and maintain an audit trail for each request. Will assist with annual access reviews as necessary.
Resource will be a key backup to other TRP resources and may require additional or extended hours during key deadlines throughout the year.
1+ year of JIRA experience
5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience as demonstrated through work, military, or education
Exposure to Wells Fargo s Shared Risk Platform (SHRP)
Knowledge and understanding of maintaining and updating SharePoint, Learning 2.0, Open Text or other content management/publishing platforms
Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project and process gaps, recommend controls and communicate progress to business leaders
Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change
Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
Other Desired Qualifications
Experience in the technology remediation program
