Currently looking for a Software Senior Engineer who thrives being at the forefront of emerging and disruptive technology solutions and working collaboratively within integrated, cross-functional technology teams to deliver against a comprehensive Cloud Strategy and accompanying Cloud Governance Framework that enables the Cloud Governance function and leads to Cloud transformation. As a Software Senior Engineer, responsibilities will include:
Experience in Cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), digital, and analytics solutions strategy, transformation and implementation for mid or large size organizations. This includes private/public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or VMWare) and emerging cloud disciplines (e.g. cloud security, IoT security).
Relevant experience to enable selection criteria for cloud providers and application suitability assessments including detailed cloud architecture design for global scale and high availability
Participate in the new process design and contribute to solutions prototyping
Conduct root cause analysis
Design, code, test, debug, and document Technology Integrity Program using Agile development practices.
Maintain broad knowledge of other technology engineering disciplines and collaborating with other key experts to ensure we are making the right technology choices for Wells Fargo.
Translate advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions.
Responsible for being an expert resource for architects in the development of target architectures to ensure that they can be properly designed and implemented through sound engineering practices.
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization.
Responsible for establishing business rules and automating the governance of the full lifecycle support in the areas of IT Strategy, Cloud Model Delivery, and Infrastructure support
Experience in developing business case and TCO analysis drawing tangible connections between strategy and financial-success metrics
Monitor changes in coordination with compliance to regulatory requirements and discuss implication of regulatory changes to Wells Fargo's Risk Management and Information Security Programs.
Monitor execution of significant remediation efforts.
Review reports on the level of risk exposure related to technology risk and information security, including adherence to the risk appetite and associated risk metrics, and supervise appropriate level of risk acceptance.
Provide proactive oversight of Wells Fargo's Risk Management and Information Security Programs by assisting to establish risk tolerance decisions.
Serve as a 'Subject Matter Expert', adding interpretive value to data presented or experienced insight into a functional process or issues
Display leadership and business judgment by anticipating client and project needs and developing alternative solutions and presenting using an Options Matrix

7+ years of software engineering experience
6+ years of process definition and documentation experience
4+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts
3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure product and service control management; policies and standards, business readiness, exceptions management or alignment to the enterprise compliance and risk management accountabilities
2+ years of Business Process Risk Management program experience including scoring, mapping, building business processes and their associated risk and controls information
An industry-standard technology certification
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
Meeting facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment
Ability to identify risk factors and ensure enactment of appropriate controls
