Corporate Human Resources Human Resources develops and implements our team members, candidates, and operational strategies to support Wells Fargo's business objectives. This group manages compensation and benefits, human resource service centers, systems and payroll, team member relations and assistance, talent management, learning and development, and recruiting. We work together as One HR to make Wells Fargo an employer of choice. Wells Fargo Strategy, Digital and Innovation This newly formed group within Wells Fargo aligns strategic planning with digital technology and innovation. It works closely with the WF Technology Group and the individual business lines to deliver digital solutions and innovation to our customers that are integrated, intuitive, and seamless across all channels.
The Position As a leader within Corporate Human Resources, this HR Business Partner Leader role is responsible for developing human resources strategies, providing an integrated and strategic approach to human resource management that enables the team to meet their immediate and future goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leading an integration strategy to support the organizational change efforts that are focused on building and fostering an inclusive culture and strong team member experience
Providing strategy, direction and leadership to ensure successful implementation of human capital initiatives across Operations
Working with the executive management team to identify key talent, build leadership competencies and a high-performing organization
Collaborating with corporate counterparts concerning enterprise-level projects, policies and operational decisions
Ensuring strong collaboration with centers of expertise including Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Succession/Talent Management and Planning, HR Compliance/Risk Management, and Organizational Development in order to execute on the strategic plans for the business
Briefing senior managers and executives concerning matters of significance to the organization and providing executive coaching and consultation to the executive management team
Leading a team of high-performing HR professionals, with both direct and dotted line accountabilities
Actively embrace, support and fully implement the HR Operating Model by collaborating with internal partners

8+ years of management experience
8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: human resources, organizational development; or consulting in business, management, non-profit, government or education
Other Desired Qualifications
15 or more years of direct, relevant and recent experience in a large corporate, multi-business HR or line organization
Direct, relevant and recent experience working with multiple large, multi-faceted financial services clients in a fast-paced environment
Direct, relevant and recent experience servicing in one or a combination of the following areas: strategic planning, innovation, or digital platforms
Demonstrated experience in providing outstanding HR client or business support as a trusted, business-focused, results-oriented leader
Excellent consulting, influencing and partnering abilities with business executives/leaders and HR partners
Proven success in building and leading a team of high-performing professionals, motivating and mobilizing both direct and matrixed resources
Proven ability to successfully execute initiatives, manage projects, and drive for results
Master's Degree in Business, HR or a related field
