Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.
This role involves servicing CIB and CBG clients with their international trade transactions. Duties include acting as the primary liaison between the customer and banks involved, discussing complex trade issues and discrepancies in a customers' shipping documents, solving problems requiring collaboration with various domestic and overseas bank partners, and the examination of Export Commercial Letter of Credit documents in both English and Spanish. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. The El Monte Centralized Export Team currently handles export Commercial letter of credit document presentations for CIB and CBG clients, in addition to documents presented in Spanish requiring translation.

3+ years of trade services experience

CDCS qualified, or containing commensurate knowledge evidence by significant experience in Trade Experience working in a multi-tasking environment, showing success in managing numerous overlapping tasks on a daily basis
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Spanish
Knowledge and understand of UCP600 and related Trade regulatory guidelines and credit risk
