Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.
The Wholesale Flood Operations (WFO) team ensures that required and adequate insurance is obtained when a loan is secured by real estate. The WFO group monitors insurance on these loans from origination and throughout the life of the loan. The WFO group is also responsible for the monitoring of federal flood compliance requirements issued by FEMA for all lines of business WFO supports and services.
The Quality Assurance Analyst 2 within Wholesale Flood Operations processes and ensures accuracy of flood and loan documents related to pre-close, post-close or life of loan servicing.
This position will primarily be responsible for performing Quality Control on all FDPA related events to ensure all Flood Insurance and Flood Certificate information, and the necessary due-diligence to be compliant with FEMA Flood regulations prior to closing or at the time of insurance renewal was performed. These services and related tasks are necessary to issue a clear-to-close to the lines of business WFO supports and services, or to otherwise ensure all necessary Insurance and Flood compliance requirements are in force. The candidate for this position will also be required to analyze and solve complex property and structure inquiries, and coordinate with Line of Business lending groups and team members to assure the highest levels of quality and customer service are achieved while strictly meeting all FEMA and internal compliance requirements.

2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: quality assurance, financial services administration, loan documentation, loan servicing, underwriting or risk evaluation demonstrated through work or military experience; or a BS/BA degree or higher
